Er. Nikhil Kumar Pant has obtained his Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering and Masters Degree in Earthquake Engineering from IIT Roorkee (Formerly University of Roorkee ). He is presently serving in Senior Managerial position in THDC India Ltd. which is a Mini Ratna Public Sector Undertaking of Govt. of India. He is having an experience of over 28 years in various executive capacities in various Government organisations.
He has been associated with area of child education for a long time. His interests primarily revolve around difficulties associated with the wholesome education of the children. He is particularly interested in policy and program strategies that improve the process of imparting value based modern Education. He firmly believes that the Education has to keep pace with the changing times, but should have the strong foundation based on our old value system.
He is associated with many social organizations in the town. He is Hon. Secretary of ‘Society for Empowerment of Women and Kids’. He has served as Secretary of Bharat Vikash Parishad Samarpan. To fulfil his long cherished dream of providing value based modern education, he has established Maa Sarshwati Sansthan Roorkee – a charitable organisation, as its co-founder in Dec 2013.[/wpex]

Dr. Shalini Pant is associated with the teaching profession for the last 25 years. She has obtained her Postgraduate and Doctoral degree in Chemistry from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (Formerly University of Roorkee). She has served as Principal, SSDPC Post Graduate Degree College, Roorkee. SSDPC College is the premier institution of higher learning in Roorkee imparting education to the Girls in Arts and Science streams. She has been Head, Department of Chemistry, KLDAV PG College Roorkee. She has also served as Associate Professor & Incharge, Department of Environmental Sciences in Doon University. She has presented Research Papers in various conferences in India and abroad. She has visited many countries including USA and Canada.
She is a subject expert for Web content development project of MHRD, Govt of India ( Massive Online Open Courses). She is also a subject expert for Uttarakhand Public service Commission.
She feels so strongly about the betterment of the children in the rural areas that She had taken voluntary Retirement from her position as Principal SSDPC college to devote more time among children of the school. She is associated with many social organisations in the town. In her pursuit to give better education to the children, she has agreed to become Member of the Board of trustees of Maa Sarshwati Sansthan Roorkee.
Dr. Shalini Pant spends her time helping people in need. She provides counseling, advice, and direction to the people requiring help. She is involved in various social organisations like Bharat Vikash Parishad, Society for Empowerment of Women & Kids (SEWAK). She is also a renowned poetess & is associated with “Hindi Sahityodaya”.[/wpex]

Sh. Pardeep Kumar is a social worker, visionary and agriculturist. He is an Arts graduate. He specializes in Dairy farming and belongs to a well established & prosperous farmer family. Currently he is serving the state of Uttarakhand in the capacity as Chairman, Pradeshik Cooperative Union (PCU) Uttarakhand. He has served the dairy sector of the State of Uttarakhand in the capacity of Chairman, Haridwar District Co-operative Milk Federation Ltd. He has also served as Director in the Uttarakhand State Animal Husbandry Board.
He has the zeal to serve the people of his area. Coming from the rural background he knows the difficulties of students of rural areas and importance of a quality school. He is a strong believer in ‘Karma’. He believes that one should give back to the society and education is the best way to empower the society. To fulfill his desire, he has joined Maa Sarshwati Sansthan Roorkee, as a member of Board of Trustees.[/wpex]

Smt. Kapil kanta is an entrepreneur and social worker. She is Proprietor of M/s Dharam K.S.K. Filling Station, Village Jainpur Janjhedi, Landhaura, Roorkee Distt. Hardwar. She is involved in many social projects in the area. She works tirelessly for the children of her village. She is very enthusiastic about the education of children.
